Very very nice stuff with Arabic spice receptionist, immaculate twin room. Location short walk to severe action against the management of Hayat al riyad, the coffee shop, and restaurant/cafes...

Not so nice views.

This place was really clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful and supportive. it felt exceptionally nice and tidy, plus the open bathroom was a unique touch. the location is great, being close to the airport! ✈️.

Everything was good, including amazing and supporting staff with Arabic spice receptionist. The view of city from my amazingly comfortable room was amazing...

The location was excellent in central of riyadh near everything. We were at the double room, it had exceptional view.

The Hayat Al Riyadh Hotel is a clean and welcoming place that offers excellent service. the staff is cooperative and superbly friendly, making your stay enjoyable. You’ll find great value for your money, with spacious units equipped with an electric kettle and a fridge. the comfortable beds enhance the experience, and the panoramic views are truly stunning.

The location was marvellous in a quiet area, just next door to the coffee shop at reception with least selections of food, embassy and severe action against the management of Hayat al riyad.

This venue is stylish and neat, featuring excellent staff who are very cooperative, along with a fantastic location right next to the Priory Ruins.

Overall, this hotel is great, everything was good, and it's in a convenient and peaceful location.

The hotel offers extremely spacious rooms. It is located in a quiet area. - the reception coffee shop has a good selection of food. - Overall, it was a really good stay during winter time. - the spacious bedroom had down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows, with an exceptionally comfortable bed.

Spick and span, modern room with a bathroom that's out in the open. It's got all the essentials like a hairdryer, bidet, and a cool walk-in shower. Everything here is brand new and top-notch! 🚿

What a pleasant surprise! While staying at this hotel, I found myself enjoying the little touch of luxury that came with having a private bathroom equipped with a hot tub. It felt like being cocooned in a world of relaxation, as if I was soaking in a luxurious spa. The soothing hot water melted away the stresses of the day, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and pampered.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. Firstly, the value for money is excellent. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the level of service and attention to detail provided. Additionally, the location is great. It's conveniently situated, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff were also very helpful, especially Yazeed at the reception who was fluent in English and provided excellent guidance during my stay. Lastly, the rooms were well-maintained and cleaned by the housekeeping team. It's always nice to come back to a clean and tidy room after a long day of exploring.
